I’ve been working in the plumbing and home renovation trade since 2008, building up hands-on experience and a real passion for helping homeowners get the results they want.
Before starting my own business, I spent 10 years working for an established builder, learning the trade inside out and developing a strong eye for quality and detail.
I hold both City & Guilds qualifications and an NVQ Level 2, and I’m fully insured, giving you peace of mind on every job. Whether it’s a small plumbing repair, a bathroom refit, or a larger renovation project, I pride myself on delivering reliable, high-quality work with a friendly, professional approach.

Do you charge for estimates?
No – we don’t charge for estimates. We believe it’s important for you to have a clear understanding of the work involved and the costs before making any decisions. That’s why we’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for all plumbing and renovation projects. During the process, we’ll take the time to discuss your requirements, answer any questions, and outline the options available so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need to move out?
In most cases, no – you won’t need to move out. We always do our best to keep disruption to a minimum, carefully planning each stage of the project so that essential areas of your home remain usable wherever possible. For larger renovations, we’ll talk you through what to expect and help you prepare so the process is as smooth as it can be. Some customers even choose to time their projects around a holiday, which can be a convenient way to avoid the mess and noise altogether – and we’re happy to accommodate that where we can. Ultimately, whether you stay or go is up to you, but our aim is to make it manageable and stress-free either way.
Can I get a design?
Yes – we offer a free design service. We know that planning a new bathroom, or renovation can feel overwhelming, so our design service is here to help you visualise the finished result before any work begins. We’ll discuss your ideas, practical needs, and style preferences, then create a design that brings it all together. This not only gives you confidence in how everything will look and function, but also ensures we’re working to a clear plan from the very start. And because the service is free, you can explore your options without any added cost or obligation.
Do I need my own electrician / other trades?
No – you don’t need to arrange your own electrician. We work with a trusted team of reliable tradespeople, including electricians, plasterers, carpenters, and gas fitters. By coordinating everything for you, we make sure the right people are on site at the right time, saving you the stress of organising multiple trades yourself. This also means the work runs smoothly, with consistent quality and communication across every stage of your project.
